B2W, named B2W Companhia Global do Varejo, resulted from the combination of complementary forces of Americanas.com and Submarino. This alliance enabled the creation of a retail company which operates through various sale channels – telesales (with TV and catalog advertisements), TV, catalogs, kiosks and Internet.

The new company will be able to efficiently compete in the retail market, providing better conditions and services to the final consumer.
